Digital Ticket FAQ

I need help regarding my digital tickets. How do I access them? Do you have instructions?

Why make the move to digital tickets?


Over the past several years, fans of UNH athletic ticketed events have utilized mobile/digital tickets at increasing rates and it has provided a much smoother, flexible, and easier gameday experience for all parties. During the 2021 season, over 90% of our football and men's hockey fanbase purchased tickets online. Utilizing digital ticketing eliminates the “final step” on gamedays of waiting in line and, instead, enhances the gameday experience. Fans can more easily enter Wildcat Stadium and enjoy amenities such as delicious concessions and terrific Wildcat merchandise in the team store. The digital ticket experience enables our staff to provide you with the utmost helpful and attentive customer experience upon your arrival.



Instead of using the digital tickets from my phone on gamedays, can I access my tickets from my account and print them out as a PDF to be scanned on gamedays?

Yes! Log in using a computer/laptop and simply follow the steps on the Digital Ticket Instructions tab, however instead of clicking "View Mobile Tickets", click "Download All PDF Tickets." Once downloaded, proceed to the print option on your computer/laptop.

I have multiple Season Tickets; can I transfer them to other people if I’m not using them or can’t attend a game?

Yes! To do so, simply follow the steps on the Digital Ticket Instructions tab, however instead of clicking "View Mobile Tickets", click "Send All Mobile Tickets". You can also utilize the PDF ticket feature detailed above and print out all of your tickets as a PDF and disperse to your group accordingly in advance of game days.

General FAQ

How to access/register my account

 Click the Log In button on the top right-hand corner and select General Public from the dropdown menu. 

If at any point in the process, you get the error message “No account exists for the email,” please contact the UNH Athletics Ticket Office so we can update your user profile account. It is possible your email address did not carry over properly.


How do I access my online tickets?

Navigate to 'Your Orders' to view, download and send your tickets.


Can I get a refund for my ticket(s)?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for ticket purchases. All sales are final. This is also stated in the Purchase Policy.


Will I be able to exchange my unused ticket(s) for a future game?*

*Season ticket members only

Yes, we will be continuing our Amnesty Program! If you cannot attend a game in your season package, our ticket office staff will gladly assist you in exchanging your ticket(s). This can be done over the phone by calling the ticket office at 603-862-4000.


What type of payment methods are accepted?

On-site: credit/debit cards, cash, and check.

Online: credit/debit cards and visa gift cards.


What time does the Ticket Office open before events?

The Ticket Office opens four (4) hours prior to kickoff for football, two (2) hours prior to Men's Hockey & Gymnastics, and one and a half (1.5) hours prior to all other ticketed events (Women's Hockey, Women's Basketball, Men's Basketball).


Where can I park? Is there ADA parking?

Football: You may pay to park in Boulder Field (Season Ticket Members/Select Groups Only), A Lot and Moiles Lot. The Preferred & Priority Lots are donation based. Victory Club Members have access to the Stadium lot. ADA spots can be found in the Stadium lot and at the front of the Field House.

Hockey: Free parking is available in A Lot. The Elliott Alumni Center Lot is donation-based for Men's Hockey games. ADA spots can be found in the parking spaces near the Dairy Bar, Alumni Lot, or New Hampshire Hall.

Basketball/Gymnastics: A Lot. ADA spots can be found in the parking lot of the Field House/Lundholm Gymnasium.

I'm a parent and want to sit with my son/daughter, do I need to buy them a ticket?

Men's Hockey: Yes, if they will be sitting with you in any of the regular ticketed Loge or Bench sections. Students are also able to claim a free student ticket (if they have paid the student activity fee) and sit in the designated Student Sections (121-124).

Football: Yes, if they will be sitting with you in any of the regular ticketed sections which include General Admission, Reserved, and Box. Students are able to claim a free student ticket (if they have paid the student activity fee) and sit in the designated Student Sections as indicated on the map.

General Admission Sports: No, you do not need to purchase a separate ticket from the free student ticket to sit with your son or daughter. There are no specific sections designated for Students at General Admission sports which include women's hockey, men's and women's basketball, and gymnastics.


I have a child who is under three years old, do they need a ticket?

No ticket is required for a child, ages three and under. However, the child must be placed on the lap of a person in the party they are with and not in their own seat. 


Where is Will Call located?

Men's Hockey: The Will Call table is located just around the corner on the right-hand side of the Whittemore Center ticket office sales windows (HOME & AWAY).

Football: The Will Call table's are located on the right-hand side of the GATE A ticket office sales windows (HOME & AWAY).

Basketball & Gymnastics: The Will Call table is located directly in front of the Lundholm Gymnasium ticket office sales windows (HOME & AWAY).

Women's Hockey: The Will Call table is located in one of the Whittemore Center ticket office sales windows (HOME & AWAY).
